Steinbeis Intercultural Academy & Steinbeis IMAPS
Last week we paid a visit to our cooperation partner on the program, Steinbeis Consulting Center IMAPS in Karlsruhe. Interesting workshops were on the agenda after a guided tour through the offices and the acquaintance of other employees. We had a round of refreshment during which we broadened the contents of our joint seminar, “3D-Printing & Change Management“. At the same time, we explored and elaborated on the possibilities for further areas of cooperation.
It finally emerged as one of many results that we would want to organize a webinar on change management meets 3D printing and Industry 4.0 together in the coming months. We are currently create the content and looking for a suitable provider. If you are interested, you can register here: booking@steinbeis-training.com
The goal will be to use a practical example to demonstrate what is currently possible in 3D printing and what opportunities are created. At the same time however, we will point out the challenges a company faces and how it can accompany itself in the process of change. Since it is clear that the new manufacturing technologies are coming, it is therefore important to take the employees along on this journey and to take their fears and worries seriously. Otherwise, companies would be in danger of losing employee motivation.
The webinar was not the only topic at the forefront of the workshop. We also had the latest state of technology explained and we presented our colleagues with current topics relating to leadership and change management.
We would like to thank our colleagues of Steinbeis Consulting Center IMAPS and we look forward to working on exciting projects, seminars and webinars.
