Seminar Additive Manufacturing: The human success factor
Jens Dröge delivers keynote
The future belongs to additive manufacturing processes. They are becoming increasingly important in the context of the progressive digital transformation, but present enormous challenges to small and medium-sized enterprises. These are not only technological in nature, but also in the area of leadership.
Leading in AdditiveAdditive Manufacturing — Leading through Good Leadership: Dealing with the Leadership Challenges of the New Technology
Jens Dröge from Steinbeis Consulting Center Intercultural Academy (Steinbeis Training) will address these challenges. After all, it is not only in the area of production that processes have to change — the entire company, including its management, has to be considered.
It is an elementary task of the company management to accompany the employees during the introduction of additive manufacturing processes and to take the worries and needs away. At the same time, management must motivate and qualify those affected.
Through our various cooperations in the field of additive manufacturing as well as our experience in the qualification and training of specialists and managers, we will convey our ideas to the participants and provide food for thought.
