» Coach Training — Course Overview
Coaches help individuals and teams in personal and professional issues to identify and target on what is relevant. Our trainings will qualify you to use and apply modern and innovative methods & techniques for coaching your employees or clients. We provide you with a practical overview and a fully loaded toolbox for your personal practice while you will have the chance to reflect on your own personal development.
You learn the multi-cultural aspects of coaching. You have the chance to run coachings in other countries with people from very different cultures and backgrounds. This unique training will help you to adjust to opposite cultures. You will learn about yourself through other cultures and become an expert in Inter-cultural gestures, rules as well as business challenges and multi-national communication requirements.
Our 180 hour qualification has a clear focus on business perspectives. You will learn to effectively combine your acquired coaching competencies and methodologies with management know-how for efficient utilization in international organizations and related contexts.
In role-plays you will be in the position to facilitate the personal and professional resources of your coachee and to connect those to his qualifications and his desired ambitions. Practice will form a major part of your training.
To help you to reflect and to turn theory into practice, you will have to complete eight coachings and hand in a coaching concept. Your qualification will be complemented by intervention and supervision-days as well as learning sponsorships in form of peer group work.
Our trainers are educated and qualified Business Coaches according to strict regulations from German standard setters and certified by Berlins Steinbeis University.
Your qualification ends with a certificate as an International Coach for Business & Leadership (SHB) issued by the Steinbeis University Berlin.
