We have a long lasting history

Our exper­tise goes back to the ear­ly 1990s where we first start­ed to adapt to new train­ing meth­ods. Even when we were in top man­age­ment, we´ve used Coach­ing and Change Management–tools in our dai­ly busi­ness. Jens had set-up his own coach­ing prac­tice and Lars trained and enabled employ­ees for many years.

We are educated by the highest standards

We are hold­ing Mas­ter degrees in rel­e­vant back­grounds. All train­ers have run through var­i­ous edu­ca­tions and qual­i­fi­ca­tions accord­ing to strict reg­u­la­tions from Ger­man stan­dard set­ters. Our qual­i­fied train­ers are cer­ti­fied by Stein­beis Uni­ver­si­ty Berlin (SHB) and are in reg­u­lar exchange with oth­er coach­es and train­ers to ensure that you will always receive state-of-the-art learn­ing con­tent.

We offer university certified trainings

There are numer­ous train­ing acad­e­mies around the world. How­ev­er, only few are part of a glob­al knowl­edge net­work and offer uni­ver­si­ty accred­it­ed train­ings. The process involves a long, labo­ri­ous analy­sis before the Stein­beis Uni­ver­si­ty final­ly grants accred­i­ta­tion. » Why Accreditation is Important

Although the train­ing indus­try is very well estab­lished, it is fair­ly new when com­pared to oth­er pro­fes­sions. There­fore it is essen­tial to have cer­tain stan­dards in place, so that grad­u­ates, employ­ers, and the pub­lic can be assured of a train­ings reli­a­bil­i­ty, qual­i­ty, seri­ous­ness and pro­found­ness.

There­fore we offer train­ing cours­es cer­ti­fied by the renowned Stein­beis Uni­ver­si­ty Berlin (SHB). Draw­ing on the Stein­beis prin­ci­ples of “project skills,” the cours­es place empha­sis on actu­al busi­ness prac­tice, dove­tail­ing voca­tion­al and com­mer­cial train­ing which cul­mi­nates in state-approved degrees.
